Palm Beach Gardens developer Dan Catalfumo has brought luxury lifestyle to the tranquil beaches of Singer Island, Fla. with 2700 North Ocean, a $400-million waterfront development, located on the Atlantic Ocean coastline.
The project, which broke ground in September 2005, is slated for completion later this year.
Designed by award-winning Miami Beach architect Robert M. Swedroe, 2700 North Ocean will take shape as two 27-story towers on more than eight acres of beachfront property.
